- Push-in terminal for quick wiring: Single wires (18–26 AWG) can be quickly plugged in—all you need to disconnect them is a flat-head screwdriver ≤ 2.5 mm.
- Structured network connection via Cat.5e: The shielded socket meets Category 5e requirements and provides a stable Ethernet connection for prototypes, test systems, and industrial environments.
- Angled design for space-saving wiring: The 90° angled RJ45 socket (8P8C) is ideal for installations with a shallow installation depth – e.g., in wall housings, racks, or flat distribution panels.
- Versatile use in industry: Ideal for embedded systems, test setups, temporary network connections, or control cabinet construction—anywhere where quick wire changes are necessary.
- High signal quality: An insulation resistance of ≥ 10 MΩ at 300 V DC and a rated current of 1.0 A per pin ensure stable signal transmission – even under continuous load in industrial applications.
The InLine® RJ45 terminal block adapter with angled Cat.5e socket and push-in terminal was specially developed for space-critical network connections. The shielded RJ45 socket (8P8C, 90° angled) is directly connected to an 8-pin push-in terminal block and enables quick connection of open wire ends – without soldering or screws.
The push-in technology is ideal for applications with frequent wire changes, e.g., in test environments, prototypes, or embedded systems. Individual wires in the range of 18–26 AWG can be easily plugged in. A standard flat-blade screwdriver ≤ 2.5 mm is sufficient for removal.
Thanks to its compact design (only 33 mm high) and angled socket position, the adapter is particularly suitable for use in tight housings or flat distribution panels. The robust workmanship and tested electrical properties ensure reliable operation – even in industrial environments.
